Don't know what 'generateRelations' in the jboss subtask does but you could try fiddling with that I suppose.

The jbosscmp-jdbc file is not ADD TO the definition in ejb-jar.xml only (if you want to add to it). At this stage I do not want to add to it in terms of relationships. JBoss as a J2EE container can figure out relationships based on the ejb-jar definition and it adds all necessary foreign keys or intermediary tables to provide these relationships. > Is there a reason why you don't want to use @jboss.relation tags?
