My last post included all my build scripts and directory structure for the
simplest subset of the build i.e the master build file, shared xml files
and one sub build. I understand its a lot to look at but it's there for
reference and I am happy to answer any questions relating to it.
There was so much stuff in there using extensive <copy> excludes, building an EAR, and more that clutter up your example. If you can build me a .zip file that includes *everything* (including the XDoclet JAR's, simplified build files, everything except Ant itself) I would be happy to run it locally. As long as it does not involve any setup time for me, I would try it out and see about troubleshooting it.
I, admittedly, have not dug into the details of your build file and directory structure and have only offered high-level advice. Whatever problem is going on is something quite simple for sure, as this works quite well for us in our environment where we have sub-builds running XDoclet ourselves.
