Which is one reason that at least my development teams are still using the old XDoclet - albeit with adjusted templates to handle internal coding convention differences. Rumors of the death of EJB in general and entity beans (on this list in particular) have been greatly exaggerated. Furthermore, with the new features coming soon, many of the serious issues that plagued earlier releases are being addressed. A lot (I stop short of most, since I don't have the market data in front of me) of Java enterprise software shops not only make extensive use of EJBs, they list the fact that they know how to do so effectively as a major competitive advantage. We also use the webdoclet module, but EJB is by far our largest use of XDoclet. Matt -- Matthew Excell <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Senior Architect The Possibility Forge, Inc.
