If you want to change the path.. one way I can think of it to -- play with PYTHONPATH OR -- create some links between python python2.5 OR -- add path in the src/convirt/client/convirt_client.py, You will see a bunch of sys.path.append ...
note: Do you have any Xen machine that you were managing or want to manage ? If not ConVirt should not be looking for XendClient.
