RE: Changing include to include/xercesc - Summary and Vote

I have plenty of work to do as it is and I don't have any problem with the
way #includes are currently handled in Xerces-C so I have a hard time voting
1.  But on the other hand I can see the attraction for the change.

The best I can do is a vote of 0.
