It just our company build system has been upgraded, and thus we cannot produce such binary anymore.
Any one interested in a g++ built Linux binary can volunteer to do the build and donate their binary output to Apache regularly. Just let us know the FTP/URL where to pick it up and I will copy it over to the Apache server from time to time.
