Hey All, Many of you know Gareth from the tremendous involvement he's had on this list over the past year. I would like to formally propose that he be given committer status to the xml-xerces project.
Any can vote (+1 = in favor, 0 = abstain, -1 = against), although only votes from current committers are counted (how's that for free and democratic - reminds me of Florida).
