Thanks!   I have modified the http://xml.apache.org/dist/xerces-c/nightly/
to put your link there.   It is listed as a list in case there are other
additional platform/combinations like BCB, VC7 ... etc. from others in
future.

BTW if it is a nightly build, it is recommended to name the package with
yyyy-mm-dd so that user can tell which night it is ...
