Hi
I want to validate a locally stored XML file against a locally stored XSD
file using xerces 2.2.0 .
I am using a unix machine that often does not have connection to the global
web.
Whenever the connection is down, the parsing collapses.
How can I configure the DOMParser or change my files to parse the file
without relying on internet connection.
