May be you didn't specify to XMLmind XSL Utility where to find hhc.exe or may be you ran out of memory or may be you have found a bug which is triggered specifically by your DITA document. [1] Please edit xslutil_install_dir/bin/xslutil.jstart using the notepad: Change line: start jre\bin\javaw.exe to: start jre\bin\java.exe (no "w") [2] Start XMLmind XSL Utility. You should see an ancillary black console window nearby the main window of XMLmind XSL Utility. [3] Run XMLmind XSL Utility. [4] After XMLmind XSL Utility has finished converting your document, click in its message window and press Ctrl-A to select all the text then paste the copied text (Ctrl-V) in your next email. We really need to know what has been printed by XMLmind XSL Utility in its message window during the conversion task. [5] Right-click in the title bar of the black console window.
