Hi, As you may know, ATI releases only binary-drivers for their radeon 9500/9700 cards. They still did not release drivers for xfree 4.3.0.
Now, I'm quite angry about their behaviour not caring about linux-users. Does anyone know if and when they plan to release up-to-date drivers? I think this situation is not acceptable and I think I will set up a webpage with a petition to ati forcing them to either properly support their linux-drivers and provide updates or (even better) provide specs so open source-drivers can be made.
