I know there is some Soap investigation in jakarta-avalon (based on 
xml-apache-SOAP or
xml-apache-Axis)
And more jakarta-avalon integre tiny http server.

So I query : it's plan to use jakarta-avalon framework like it was suggested on 
avalon
mailing-list (september or october 2001) ?
