Okay.  I've been looking at Apache Cactus and Apache JMeter the last couple
of
days and may use them in some fashion.  As far as the command line tools, is
there
anything in particular in mind for an "upgrade" or do we just want to
further them
and convert to the new API?

Actually, that's what I meant (converting it to Java/JSP).  If Jan agrees,
then merging
the WebDAV side of Xincon with a JSP version of the web admin would be very
cool indeed.
