What I normally do is: - create the webapp version - move the build/webapp to documentation-build/webapp (so that I don't accidentally delete it when I clean my build) (been there, done that) - I link the code from documentation-build/webapp/content/xdocs to the directory src/documentation/content/xdocs so that I am working with the files in the repository.
