For better, for worse, we need to formally release 1.1. Even if we have a 1 page document as the sum total of all documentation, it doesn’t matter. This release needs to go out.
Opinions? Please share, even those of you that are not committers.
Have any of you acted as a release manager for any project? I need some help, either helping me do it, or merely pointing me in a direction…
To sum up:
Vote +/- on release 1.1 of current code, with the addition of a change on the home page vigorously stating the deficiency of the docs (and the need for help). 1.0 docs will need to be banished to a ‘previous release’ section on the web site as well.
