FYI, the move to SourceForge was started by Lars in March this year but it was not completed as CVS is still at smb. If Kevin and Vladimir could send me their SourceForge Id's I'd be happy to give them full access to it. I'll talk with Lars about moving mailing lists and CVS tree over as well.
