Okay, then.

    I'll post an article in my blog, since it will be easier for me
    to direct people outside of Xindice to an web site, than to
    mailing list archive.

    In the article, I'll simply suggest a plan of action, and gather
    what I know. I'm not familiar with the Apache bureauacracy. I
    don't know where to start. So, that's my first task. That and
    figuring out who else is interested.
