Xindice Installation

Hello,

I followed every rule of the xindice installation.  Build was successful,
but I can't find my "dist" directory.  It was stated in the installation
guide that to verify if xindice was installed correctly you'll find a
"dist" directiory.  Does that mean my installation did not run properly?
If so, how can i correct it.  I want to know if it is installed properly.
