did u use XMAIL_CMD_LINE ? that did not wirk for me, i wrote the options
directly after the 'XMail' command. maybe you'll try this

restarted service.

not neccessary, because 110 ist standard for pop3.

> But if I try to do a telnet xmailserver to port 110 there's no answer.
If I try with my email client I get the next error:
>
> Failed to get mail from account: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'
> WINSOCK Error: Connection refused. (The requested mail service is not
running on the designated server. Verify the server name or contact your
System Administrator).
> Connection to socket failed.

that means, the xmail server does not listen on this ip/port combination.
did you bind the pop service to a special ip? normally, xmails services are
listening on all devices/ips.

ok, and now go into -Md mode (debug) - and check whats going wrong.
