Thanks for all. Finally, reading old news msgs I found the problem.
These days I've testing some tools to admin Xmail and one of them wrote the=
registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GNU\XMail\MAIL_CMD_LINE =3D -Pp=
25
And that was conflicting with command line parameter -Pp 110
I changed the key and all works fine.
