I did it so too.

I had other mail server working in that computer with no problems (now it's=
 disabled, of course) so I don't think the problem is about service=
 configuration. I suppose the problem is XMail configuration.

Doing telnet 110 there's no answer so it seems that XMail is no listening=
 that port. Is there any way to know what ports are XMail listening to?
