Thx for the support, but i'm affraid that our ISP is not allowing MX-record
queries.
Does anyone have an idea how this can be overruled?

There are a number of DNS lookup programs listed here: 
http://analog.cx/helpers/index.html
 From memory, I've used QuickDNS, and LookupIP with my W2k server.

I hope that is the kind of thing you are looking for.
