nslookup is included in any win32 platform. If you rather want to use =
the host command (e.g. host -lva blabla.com) it's inlcuded in bind for =
win32.
nslookup goes like this:
C:\>nslookup
Default Server:  my.internal.dns.server
Address:  x.x.x.x

> set type=3DMX
> artemontenegro.com
Server:  my.internal.dns.server
Address:  x.x.x.x

artemontenegro.com      MX preference =3D 20, mail exchanger =3D =
cesio.mundo-r.com
artemontenegro.com      MX preference =3D 10, mail exchanger =3D =
francio.mundo-r.com

artemontenegro.com      nameserver =3D ns.mundo-r.com
artemontenegro.com      nameserver =3D ns-cor.net.mundo-r.com
cesio.mundo-r.com       internet address =3D 212.51.33.71
francio.mundo-r.com     internet address =3D 212.51.33.70
ns.mundo-r.com  internet address =3D 212.51.33.73
ns-cor.net.mundo-r.com  internet address =3D 212.51.33.106
