http://127.0.0.1:9999/  works, but if I click on http://127.0.0.1:9999/gpl.txt 
I get the following errors in the log file:

20:55:42.163:proxy_loopback.1043(proxy.c) file_get_retry([EMAIL PROTECTED]) call 
failed

ok, but I still havnt got any logs saying packets are being blocked so I think 
I must already have this port open, or else its not working right.

The peers page just shows this:

 ENTROPY 0.1.5-98 Peer Status
Node Address in out ADV REQ INS INZ
