Betty - I TOTALLY DISAGREE! We have been here dozens of times in
the past and I'm surprised you do not recall this - and members have
VERY CLEARLY noted over and again that jobs postings are not
the purpose of the list. Equally clearly the statement for new members
lays out what the focus of this list is.
I do NOT see anywhere in there that 'headhunting for clients' is given
as a reason for joining the list.
The only thing I will allow is that we have not set up a separate resource
for this - and thus I'm seeing - now we have the resources to do this -
we can take those steps.
This is all part of the growing process here and getting better at what
we do.
