DISA may have changed it's listserv manager.  Here's a recent note from the
"x12cdraft_design_rules" list saying how to leave it:

To stop receiving messages from x12cdraft_design_rules you will need to send
a message to the list manager called [EMAIL PROTECTED]
For example:
