I do not think the question here is 'products' ... rather message standards that will operated in any 'product'.

I suppose I did not originally understand Lisa's question.
There are many products in the Markey, like XMLSPY, or Tibco (which has
an incredible suite of XML Services).
Transcentric, created TranXML, an X12 Equivalent in XML.
I suggest these for window shopping

Lisa,
We have a multi user, repository based product called System Architect
that
is at once a business process, software object (UML) and data modelling
product. We also have included an XML modelling tool. The tool allows
users
to compile a complete logical data dictionary within the repository
using
(Entity Relation Diagrams) ERDs and/or logical data elements. From these
logical components users can create physical XML hierarchies in complete
or
fragmented form. All these components are then reusable. As the tool
also
includes modelling domains for business process, software component and
data
users can then start to analyse the business with questions like 'If I
kill
this column in this database which business process at which locations,
or
which XML schema are affected?' etc.
That's the good news. The bad news is that at the moment we only support
DTDs and Biztalk schema, but we have plans to support XSD in the future.
If this sounds like the sort of tool that you are looking for then
please
let me know and I can provide you with an evaluation and assistance. If
XSD
support is an issue then please let me know and we can discuss your
timescales. I would also like to hear from others if the tool is of
interest
but XSD support is an issue as I am the XML knowledge manager and I am
lobbying our development team to increase the urgency for XSD support
and
extra statistics is useful.
Best regards

Is anyone aware of an XML data dictionary product?
We have many transactions that we would like to create and we want to
reuse
the common elements. I'm hoping to find a product that will let me add
elements to a large list and than pull them as I'm creating a Schema.
Sorta
like what we have for X12 standard segments and elements.
Any help would be great.
Thanks in advance for you time on this.
