| Almost. See the attached screen-shot. The xi:include is there, displayed in light gray, but I expected the contents to be displayed, and the following section to be incremented to "2". Most of the xi:include-s I have to work with are inside <programlisting>...</programlisting> constructs and it's handy to see them, even if I can't edit them directly.
