[XXE] XXE 3.1 hangs when closing on Windows XP

Hello,

Running XXE standard edition 3.1 on Windows XP with the latest JVM, XXE
hangs whenever I close it after editing a document. Only XXE hangs, Windows
remains up. I am able to close XXE from the Task Manager.
