Unfortunately, I have never managed to reproduce the above behavior, no matter what I have tried: * on Windows XP/Java 1.5.0_06, * with the test document you sent me, * after installing QuickTime for Java (in lib/ext/ like you). For now, you are the only user who has reported such problem. Therefore, we suspect that the problem is specific to your work environment. May be XMLmind XML Editor works fine on another PC of yours with a slightly different environment. May be xxe-std-3_1_0-setup.exe with its private Java[tm] runtime doesn't have the problem.
