That is, do you think this problem is specific to V3.1? * Does your organization use a proxy server? In such case, please open the Options dialog box (Options|Options) and make sure that: - In section "General", "Use a Unique Instance of XMLmind XML Editor" is turned *off*. - In section "Proxies", "Direct Connection to the Internet" is turned *on*. * Does this happen when you open, edit and then save a document? Or suffice to start and then quit XXE? * Do you copy images to the clipboard (for example, using Shift-PrintScreen)? * If possible, send us: - The text displayed after typing command "set" in a Windows Command Prompt (AKA DOS Window): --- C:\> set ...
