The answer is theoretically yes but for now, we do not support this. Note that Mark Fletcher didn't use the XEP plugin for XMLmind XML Editor but directly the XEP distribution from RenderX. You'll find a dost/ subfolder in XXE_install_dir/addon/dita_dtd_config/. It contains a minimal copy of the _D_ITA _O_pen_S_ource _T_oolkit (DOST).
