I second the request for xml-stylesheet support. In a rich, open working environment XXE will certainly not be the only tool available for XML data/document handling. > > Initially the xml-stylesheet processing instruction was supported only > to ease the transition from XXE Milestone 1.x (which had no > configuration files) to XXE V2. > > We could easily drop the support of this standard processing instruction > in future versions (V3), unless we are explained why it is useful *for > XXE* (i.e. we already know why it is useful for *other software* such as > Web browsers, but for XXE ???) I think it is useful at least for XXE stylesheet developers. You can specify a stable stylesheet for useful work in configuration files, and a development version of the stylesheed in a PI inside test documents. That's the reason why I asked (in another thread) to have both styleheets listed in the style menu. -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Manuel Collado Machuca | Facultad de Informatica UPM Universidad Politecnica de Madrid | Campus de Montegancedo Dep.
