The wish list is there: [1] To show in great detail to possible users/customers what is missing in the product. [2] To spare the effort of sending an email for users wishing to have a feature which has already been requested by other users. [3] To serve as an idea tank for XMLmind. > Is it possible to know, in ADVANCE, what will or will not be made and > when ? There is no way to know that. The only way to make sure that a feature is implemented is to purchase its implementation as a service. See http://www.xmlmind.com/services.html But please also note that: * Bugs are fixed ASAP. * Requests related to the lack of extensiblity of XXE are almost always implemented ASAP. > For example, I am looking toward a solution that works either with xml > or sgml. > When I see sgml in the wish list, is there a way to know if this wish > will be implemented ? See my answer to the above question. XXE will never be a native, top-notch, SGML editor. But *may be* that using a format plug-in, there is a *non-expensive* way to turn it a usable SGML editor. * The intended use is to be able to edit a few legacy SGML documents. It is not intended for massive SGML editing. * It would have the same severe limitations than for XML editing: very weak support for external entities, no support for internal entities, non-parsed entities, notations, marked sections, etc.
