"Tag by tag" name translation is a low frequency permathread on XMLfr
mailing lists and the usual conclusion is that it would be real easy to
define a simple XML format for tag names translation rules.

The idea looks so simple that if it hasn't been implemented yet I am not
sure that there is a real business need, though!

Yes, that's what I had in mind, but I wanted to be sure that XXE didn't
support that feature before doing so!
