This implies that the URL is: http://www.xmlmind.com/archive/xmleditor/3.8.0/list-3_8_0.xxe_addon and not: http://www.xmlmind.com/archive/xmleditor/3.7.1/list-3_7_1.xxe_addon That is, the numbers in the URL must match the version of XXE you are using.
