Hussein.... I normally use a docbook2ps and ps2pdf routine to get a pdf file out from the xml and docbook2html for the html pages. I tried your Docbook convert options. The pdf output requires an XSL-FO processor for FOP, presumably a plug-in. I looked through the help but could not see where to get this from and how to install. Any suggestions or guidelines?
I also tried the export to html. This produced an 'out directory and appears to have succesfully copied the figures and created a css file, but I cannot see any html files? Aagin...any suggestions and guidelines?
