Hi, I believe I have found a bug in the copy-as-reference/paste process. I am using 3.6.0 personal edition, on Mac OS 10.4.9.
To reproduce: 1. Create two new docbook documents: one book, and one chapter. Make sure you are viewing both the tree view and the styled view. 2. Select the chapter element of the chapter document. Use the Copy As Reference command (Cmd+Shift+C, or menu item). 3. In the book document, select the existing chapter *in the tree view*. 4. Use paste after or paste before. Notice how the chapter is pasted as content, rather than as a reference. I noticed this on two computers, both running Mac OS 10.4.9, with XXE Personal 3.6.0 on one and XXE Standard 3.5.1 on the other.
