Please provide a way (via Options, gui file, xxe file, OpenedDocumentHook, etc.) to define what/whether commands appear on the OpenedDocTab object. Use case is that in a custom restricted gui users may not have authority to lock the current document, making the "Read Only Document" command confusing or error prone.
