We agree that your RFE makes sense and that it makes XXE slightly more
generic and slightly more consistent.

However, implementing it will not make us sell more copies of XXE
Professional Edition. Therefore we do not plan to implement it in the
near future. All we can do for now is to add your RFE to our ever
growing Users Wish List (http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/wish_list.html).
