Good morning,

I have tried the "View|Display Images" submenu and it's OK, but when I
visualize images as thumbnails, the frame around the thumbnail keeps its
original size. You meant I have to modifie the CSS to modify this?

Thank you so much,

Approximate translation to English:

After upgrading to XMLmind XML Editor v4.8, we found out that menu item
"Images displayed as thumbnails" in the View menu has disappeared.

After turning on option "View images as thumbnails" in the Preferences
dialog, images are indeed displayed as thumbnails, but that a frame
around each image still shows its actual size. This poses us
visualization problems. Is there a solution to this problem?

There is no simple solution to your problem. You need to customize the
DocBook configuration by hand in order to restore the behavior of older
versions of XMLmind XML Editor.

We don't consider the new behavior to be a regression in the general
case. The DocBook CSS stylesheet called "thumbnails.css" has been
removed but we have replaced this specific stylesheet by a generic, more
powerful, facility implemented by the "View|Display Images" submenu. You
should give it a try. May be you'll like it.
