To get a different jre, I reinstalled XXE 5.1.1 using the xxe-pro-5_1_1-setup.exe installer. The jre in the XXE/bin/jre/bin directory seems to be version 6.0.300.12; is that the correct jre?
The problem persists and is limited to the XXE document view. The scroll wheel works in the XXE popup windows (e.g., Change Document Conversion Parameters) and in other Windows applications. Only the XXE document view is affected. If I need to download and install the latest Java, how do I point XXE to it? I'm afraid this could be an incompatibility between your version of Java, your version of Vista and your mouse driver. If this is the case, there is nothing we, XMLmind, can do to fix this problem.
