I got the attached error again. What I did after the application closed was to
write some words and then change to Photoshop to work with an image.
We didn't manage to reproduce the problem you describe. In order to
reproduce it, we have used:
* XMLmind XML Editor v5.5 (*not* v5.3 like you).
* A computer running Windows 7 64-bit (like you: info found in
hs_err_pid4372.log).
* A Java 1.6.0_39 32-bit runtime (like you: info found in
hs_err_pid4372.log).
* Photoshop CS6 Evaluation (we don't own a copy of Photoshop).
We switched back and forth from XMLmind XML Editor to Photoshop, typing
text, copy XML to the clipboard, editing images, copying images to the
clipboard many times, without being able to reproduce the Java crash you
had.
We have also tried to reproduce the problem on Window XP 32-bit, Java
1.6.0_38 32-bit and The Gimp. In this case too, no problem at all.
I'm really sorry but we don't see what we could do more. May be the
problem is triggered by something found in your working environment
(Photoshop version, anti-virus software, etc). I doubt that upgrading to
XMLmind XML Editor v5.5 would solve this problem.
