Actually xmlsec1 man page is generated from xmlsec command line tool. If you just rebuild docs (including man page) after recompiling xmlsec with some options disabled then you should not see "wrong" options displayed.
Hmm that sounds scary... what are the dependencies for a doc rebuild and about how long does it take? Is there a way to build only the man pages?
