Hi Daniel,
I have been using Xournal on Windows for years and I am very happy with it.
Subpixel precision and pressure sensitivity work really well. (I am
currently using an Asus EP121 tablet.)
The only drawback versus Linux is that sometimes I need to switch focus to
another window and then back to Xournal in order to get subpixel precision
again.
