ok. I think I'll have to install the original windows drive on my laptop
and try it with windows.

I agree. that is why I have always try to get a wacom device.

yeah, i know this problem :) it stops me from using text annotations on
a regular basis. I should really look into it.

Ok.

By the way Denis, Andrey, one our students, was able to move the
interface to gtk-builder. This might simplify user interface
improvements in the future. They have to finish their project in the
next couple of weeks and I hope that their work can be useful.
