Dear Carlo, for your convenience, I did an upload on mentors with an updated debian 0.4.8-2 package.
http://mentors.debian.net/package/xournal I added the patches from upstream mentioned by Denis als quilt patches in debian/patches: #2663ec (allow wacom tablet to report zero pressure, bug #136) #e03ebd/#78d964 (export to PDF and printing: fix resolution loss) #c34acb (fix crash in ps/pdf bitmap background import via ghostscript) and modified the changelog.
