Hi Denis, thanks for your excellent xournal piece of software! I have installed debian testing on a Wacom Cintiq Companion 2 which I want to use for worked examples in a lecture. It did not work out of the box but I managed to upgrade the linux kernel to 4.4-rc2 which includes the wacom drivers. All looked nice except bug #136 ( http://sourceforge.net/p/xournal/bugs/136/ ). I figured out that this is fixed upstream but no release has been done. Then I thought I could maybe propose an updated debian package including the patch to fix bug #136. I noticed that 0.4.8 was released more than a year ago and that there are already some bugfixes regarding pdf.
Are there any plans to make a new xournal upstream release (0.4.9?) in the near future? Or would you rather propose to make a new debian package release including a patch to fix bug #136? Thanks!
