Hmm, isn't this interesting. I made a post about this problem a long time
ago (newbie list) concerning also an NVIDIA -- 128 ZX, with XFree 4.0.3
(in Mandrake 7.2). No one ever responded with a good answer!
I've found that if you start your computer up in a non-framebuffer mode
(i.e. "vga=normal" in /etc/lilo.conf), this doesn't happen. But I do not like this
hack and hopefully someone else on this list knows how the fix this problem
properly.
So please, does *anyone* know why this happens?
