This xterm bug seems to be fixed in CVS -- see
http://www.xfree86.org/pipermail/cvs-commit/2001-September/003011.html
BTW, default xterm's translations are a bit unusable -- PgUp/PgDn
perform scrolling instead of sending appropriate escape sequences, so that
most users simply *have to* add their own translations.
